Forms

Most of these are downloadable word documents. Download the documents you have been referred to, fill it in on your computer, save it, and send it back to me. Some are open, plain Word docs on purpose — I want you to feel free to answer at whatever length is useful to you, so write as much or as little as you like. Others are fillable, with checkboxes and lines you can click and type into, where that format simply works better. Either way, take the space and the time you need — and if a question doesn’t fit, skip it or bring it to a session instead. A few forms (e.g. the IFS forms) are printable pdfs which are intended to be used as home practices. There are more IFS documents on the handouts page.

The plain docs open fine anywhere (Word, Google Docs, Pages). The fillable ones work best in Microsoft Word or the free Word Online — if a checkbox won’t tick in another app, just type an “X” beside it. It’s your answers that matter, not the mechanics.

The Practical: Getting set up

Every good container has clear edges, and these are ours. Here you’ll find how payment and scheduling work, the cancellation policy, and a clear agreement about what this work is and isn’t. It’s the least glamorous part and the most grounding — because clarity here is exactly what makes the deeper work safe to enter. Read them, sign them, and we’re underway.

The Fudamentals: Starting out

This is where we begin to know each other. First, a few practical essentials so I can reach you and care for you well. Then a first inquiry. Though it may look simple, it’s built to go deep, so give yourself time. These questions partly so I can understand you; but, they’re just as much an invitation for you to discover more of yourself in the answering. Meet them as a conversation, not a form, in your own words, and at your own pace.

The Diving: Going deeper

These aren’t required, and they aren’t quick. They’re invitations into your history, your body, and the patterns that have shaped how you love and lead. I’ll offer them as we go, when the timing is right, because the more honestly you meet yourself on the page, the further we can travel together. Take your time with them; the slowing down is the work.
