Some things won’t be said in paragraphs. They arrive sideways, in image and breath and the space between lines, and the only honest way to hold them is a poem.
These are mine. Written from the thresholds — grief, longing, the ache of becoming, the moments the sacred broke through and I had to write it down. Some are tender. Some have teeth. All of them are true to where I was standing when they came.
Alongside my own, I keep a page of poems by others — the ones that have carried me, or said the thing I couldn’t. You’ll find them under Poems I Love, if you’d like to sit with them too.
Wandering the Poems
Every poem I have posted lives in the list below, the newest at the top. Click a title to open the poem.
Each poem also carries a handful of themes, the threads that run through it. If one of them is calling you, follow that thread instead, and you will find every poem that carries it:
the body · longing · sovereignty · grief · surrender · love · belonging · rage · family · the sacred · nature · shadow · becoming · joy
