I am one with my body
feeling mother earth flowing through me
I am one with the earth & sun

I walk barefoot through the fertile ground
prostrate myself before the fields of corn
shadowed by their protecting arms
my sweet mother, she keeps me from harm
my menses pours out from my core
rebirthing the rich earth below
I am she who brings life forth
I am the vitality of all life force
I am one with the wind and rain
can bring relief or bring on pain
I can unleash my fury for all to feel
can dominate the flesh with my steel
my gentleness can heal a human soul
can bind the pieces to make you whole
my full breasts can bring forth life
come to my sanctuary, I’ll ease your strife
I am one with my body
all that is the earth flows through me
I am one with all that is love
