Andrea’s journey to becoming a healing facilitator was anything but linear. In her younger years and early adulthood, her life revolved around intellect and efficiency. Emotions? They were something to be avoided — messy and inconvenient. She closed off that part of herself, focusing on logic-driven work and maintaining a relationship with a rationalist partner. But deep down, something wasn’t right.
No matter how hard Andrea tried to shut out her emotions, they found ways to surface. Creativity began to bloom through the cracks in her well-structured world. Writing, nature excursions, and other small acts of exploration hinted at the untapped parts of her soul. When her 15-year partnership came to an end, it threw her into a period of profound upheaval. It was a turning point, forcing her to relearn how to navigate life with a new openness. That was over a decade ago, and it marked the beginning of a deep transformation.
Since then, Andrea has spent years rediscovering her innate potential, even the aspects of herself she once feared. She has learned to love wholeheartedly, live with joy, explore with curiosity, and grieve with full presence. Each experience — even the positive ones — required time to fully integrate back into her body. Along the way, she sought out countless teachers and traditions, immersing herself in practices that foster a deep connection to Self and the world around her. Her explorations have included meditation, yoga, dance therapy, plant medicine, sports physiology, shamanic practices, journaling, soulcraft inquiry, embodied storytelling, mythology, and Internal Family Systems.
As a coach and healing facilitator, Andrea brings a deep curiosity to her work. Her rich life experiences allow her to approach each client and each session with an open heart. She knows that within each of us lies an Inner Self — whole, compassionate, and capable of nurturing our full being. While pain and life stresses may obscure this Self, it is never damaged. Andrea helps her clients access this energy, guiding them toward healing and wholeness.
Though her lived experiences form a strong foundation, Andrea’s transformative impact stems from her extensive training in a range of healing modalities. She customizes her approach to each client, blending techniques from:
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO)
• Inner Relationship Focusing
• Guided Meditation
• Body Mapping
• Nature-based immersion ceremonies
• Poetry and Journaling
• Active Imagination
Andrea draws inspiration from a wide array of thinkers and teachers, including Robert Johnson, Adrienne Maree Brown, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Dr. Christine Caldwell, Toni Herbine-Blank, Richard Schwartz, Sandra Ingerman, Lissa Rankin, M.D., Bill Plotkin, Robin Wall Kimmerer, and Rainer Maria Rilke, among many others.
