Attending:
The Practice of Integration

Deepening
Within our Selves and Within Community

4-5:30 Pacific, 5-6:30 Mountain, 6-7:30 Central,  7-8:30 Eastern

Humans are complex beings. We have different parts of ourselves, or subpersonalities, that can have very different feelings, wounding, desires, belief systems, needs, and strategies for getting those needs met. Rather than living our lives from our grounded Wise Self, we are often living from one part to the next, which creates a sense of chaos, confusion and a war between parts of ourselves that have very different dispositions. We often reject the parts of ourselves we deem undesirable, However, attempting to reject these parts generally results in an even greater internal war. As each part, no matter how externally dysfunctional, has an element of truth and wisdom and even a good intention for us. The only way to gather that information, to help our parts heal from the burdens and belief systems they carry, is to learn the practice of attending to them.

This group is for anyone who is interested in living a more peaceful life and in being in loving relationship with themselves. If you are a clinician or a client, someone not involved in psychotherapy but interested in your own evolution, if you are a spiritual seeker, or are interested in learning practical tools for integrating the many parts of you into a cohesive, Whole Self – please come join us for a connective experience. These events will be filmed and recorded so that others not present may benefit from the practices. Those wishing to attend live in Colorado may join weeks after fully vaccinated, though space is limited to 6 people.

These monthly events are offered on a sliding scale basis from $25-$50. Credit card  and PayPal payments accepted. To sign up for this zoom event please complete sign-up form and email it over.
