We All Have The Power Of Inner Healing
For years, I sensed something was “off” within me—feeling stuck, restless, sad, and like I was missing out on life. Does that resonate with you? It wasn’t until I faced some difficult experiences and challenges and my own complex trauma that I realized how much growth and healing I needed.
With the guidance of some incredible coaches, I began turning inward in new ways, especially paying attention to how my body responded during emotional experiences. That journey led me to somatic life coaching and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which became tools not just for my own healing, but for helping others unlock their own inner strength.
As your IFS coach, my goal is to guide you toward awakening your own healing capacity. Together, we’ll cultivate real self-compassion and help you revive the dreams you’ve put aside. Each person brings their unique story to coaching sessions, and while our lives may be different, I offer a safe and empathetic space to explore your journey.
I understand the anxiety of feeling “different,” the frustration of being stuck in relationships that don’t feel right, and the uncertainty of mid-life without a clear purpose. I’ve faced my share of life’s challenges—chronic health issues, financial instability, childhood and complex trauma, family judgment, and more. I also know the struggle with spirituality and the search for meaning, especially when life doesn’t fit neatly into our expectations.
These experiences shape my practice today, helping me offer insight and support as you navigate your own path to healing and growth.
My Goal Is To Help You Form A Relationship
With Every Part Of Yourself
My primary approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative method that helps you tap into your inner capacity for healing and balance. IFS allows you to explore and understand the different parts of yourself—your patterns, inner motivations, and the roots of your struggles. By bringing awareness to these parts, you can discover gentle, compassionate solutions to move through what keeps you stuck.
As an IFS guide, I support you in creating a safe space for your inner conflicts, helping you understand where they originate and how they’ve been trying to protect you. Together, we will call on your self-compassion and curiosity, allowing you to foster greater harmony and wholeness within.
In addition to IFS, I’m certified in MindBody Therapy and integrate somatic and body-based practices in the work I do with clients. The body holds onto trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional burdens. By beginning with simple awareness practices, you will learn to reconnect with your body, listen deeply to its signals, and uncover the wisdom it holds for your healing.
You may be carrying deep, unanswered questions about your life. I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey, helping you find your own answers, step by step.
A Little Bit About Who I Am
As a kid, people often called me “weird,” but I didn’t mind it. Later, I understood why when I identified as being on the autism spectrum. Embracing my neurodiversity was a key part of connecting with my emotions and intuition. It took years of practice to learn how to trust that intuition—especially when it helps me sense when something isn’t right. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been absolutely worth it.
In addition to my work as an IFS life coach and guide, I’m actively involved in several community groups in the Salt Lake City area. I participate in local trail-running communities and my local Mutual Aid circle. I live by the philosophy of “living the gift,” where we share our strengths openly and generously.
I’ve been a long-distance trail runner for over three decades, finding solitude and peace in nature. Writing has also been a powerful tool in my personal and professional growth—don’t be surprised if I give you writing homework now and then! But above all, my life is most deeply enriched by love and connection. My relationships with my chosen and birth families, close friends, and my long-term romantic partner are my greatest sources of joy.
